Craig is the Dean of the College of Engineering and Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Kettering University (formerly GMI) in Flint and has over 35 years in various teaching and administrative positions in higher education.
Craig’s research focus is sustainable mobility technologies including vehicle electrification and autonomous driving. He has conducted research and consulting projects with many local companies and government agencies. Craig is an active member of SAE International, ASME, IEEE and ASEE. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Michigan.
